Who is Chef Ronda Salavert?
Hi! My name is Ronda and I'm born and raised in Barcelona.
I've been the last 7 years working in restaurants and traveling around the world: Sweden, Barcelona, Orlando, Texas and now I have been 3 years living in Puerto Rico.
My secret? I use authentic and the unique veggies and fruits from the Island (like Mamey, Guanabana, Malanga…). Cooking the traditional Puerto Rican dishes with a Modern Twist and presenting them in a Tasting Menu with different options you can choose from.
I am passionate about sharing the stories behind each dish, take care of everybody and create an experience that will last long in your memories.
